Our software-based solution leverages the most cutting-edge advancements in Artificial Intelligence to transform your existing production assets into an autonomous system.
First, we create an AI-based model of your plant’s “physics” by learning directly from equipment sensors. Then we use proprietary techniques to train autonomous controllers with incredible data efficiency, which means faster deployment and flexible updates based on the plant’s requirements.
Once AI controllers are enabled, they drive production lines with minimal intervention while constantly adjusting for variation in raw materials and processing conditions.

Since late 2021, Liveline Technologies has been busy with deployments across plants for Cooper Standard Automotive, our lead customer. As of today, June 2022, we are deployed in Canada, USA, and Mexico.
